About the band/artist

Soul Brothers is a band from Cebu that was formed by singer/song writer Jay Dilan and Guitarist Bimbo Baliguat on 2006 with their companions Ronnie "Pansit" Ruizo, Kniel Nangit, DJ Yang2x and Brian Antolijao. Soul Brother is known to fused different kind of genres like reggae, ska, funk, hard rock, hip-hop and punkl into one go.

With the lead single "Virtuality" from the groups's first Virtuality EP released (2007), Soul Brothers an underdog to the local music scene but established a reputation of being a brother to the crowd itself, after a twist and turn of the band members Soul Brothers still bow to do what they love "Music" and as of the new line up Jay Dilan (Vocalist), Gilbert Dilan (Bassist), Elro Ybalez (Guitarist), Ronnie Ruizo (Guitarist), DJ Yang2x (Turntablist), Randy Russel (Drummer), and Lip2x Nangit (Percussions), are still continuing what they've started.

Soul Brothers released their new single "Radio On" on 2008 following a tour in Manila and was nominated at NU107 Rock Awards 2008 "In the raw" category.
